Hello, Bill Baylis here!

Growing up in a family-owned business, I learned early on to respect the entrepreneurial process. I watched first-hand how passion and know-how can take a company that started on a kitchen table into a multi-million dollar business with over 200 employees in three states. (You may already know a similar story.)

However, with 20/20 vision. I've also learned about the many pitfalls, traps and most of all the lost profits. Ouch!!! Hard earned that should have gone in my bank account, but was lost through poor decision making, unwarranted optimism and unseen profit leaks.

Because of the nature of how many entrepreneurs get started (mostly on a whim), their business can take on a life of its own. Sooner or later the school of hard knocks will catch up. And usually bites you at the worst possible time.

My approach is to pinpoint the many possible ways to develop your strengths, find the hidden bottlenecks that are holding you back, increase value and find the ideal new business road map for your company to establish market share and create more income.
